Military Families

Military Family Life Counselors provide non-medical, confidential counseling services that help build resiliency to deal with every day normal stressors. Military Counselors can offer support on a variety of issues including stress management, coping skills, conflict resolution, deployment and reintegration issues, self-esteem/confidence, and grief and loss.

The MFLC program offers individual, group or family counseling services at no cost to the military service members and their families. The Counseling sessions are available by appointment Monday-Friday 8-4 pm for VTC/Video Teleconferencing  counseling.
