ELAC Meeting 9/4

Asynchronous Classes 8/31 & 9/1

Classes will be asynchronous on Monday, August 31st, and Tuesday, September 1st.  Students should be checking for assignments posted by their teachers for these days.

Additionally, there will be no school on Monday, September 7th to observe the Labor Day holiday.


Last day for Schedule Change tomorrow

This is just a reminder that tomorrow is the last day for schedule changes. If you would like to request a change to your schedule, please complete the form at the link below. Please remember that we will not be honoring requests for teacher of period preference. This form will be open until Tomorrow, 8/6, at 12:30 PM!! Counselors will be responding to all requests via email this week. If you have already submitted a request, you do not need to submit again.

Schedule Change Request

Counseling Center Reminders

● Schedules have not been finalized and are subject to change (pending administrative decisions for the Master Schedule).
● The last day to request course changes or electives is Thursday, August 6th provided space availability and appropriate placement.
● We are unable to honor requests for specific teachers, class periods, and other preferences.
● Counselors will work to balance class sizes to ensure productive learning environments and to meet teacher contractual limits.
● Counselors will focus on resolving scheduling errors and balancing classes during the opening weeks.
● The addition or closure of classes may be necessary with changes in enrollment or staffing.

Request for Schedule Changes has closed.

Please submit your request only once. Counselors will begin making changes, August 3rd.


Accessing Student Schedules

Hello Parents and Students of Sweetwater Union High School District,

Due to the current COVID19 pandemic, the distribution of schedules will be handled via the Campus Portal application.

Class schedules for the upcoming school year will be published to the Campus Portal application on Friday, July 31, 2020.  SEE POST BELOW FOR DAILY SCHEDULE. (School begins Monday, August 3rd)

Parents will need to use their parent portal login in order view their student’s schedules.  Your login credentials are the same username and password you used to complete the Online Registration Application and/or Meal Application.

Students login credentials are as follows:

Username = 7-digit student ID

Password = the same exact password you use to log into your sweetwaterschools.net email account.

Below is the url to access the Campus Portal


Students will click the Campus Student option.

Parents will click the Campus Parent option.

If you have further questions, please go to  http://www.sweetwaterschools.org.  From there, click on the Students and Parents heading.  Next, scroll down until you see Student Tech Support.  Click on the Student Tech Support Online Form link.  Fill out the form and someone will respond to you within the next 24 hours.

Administrators and counselors are continuing to make adjustments to the master schedule and student schedules as we plan for the opening of school via distance learningon August 3rd.   Please note that students will have access to their schedules, including periods and teachers, on or after July 31st through infinite campus student portal.

Password:  District email password (If you have not changed it, try your 8 digit birthdate)
